Background
Clive is the founding partner of the firm and highly respected for his legal acumen in the area of insurance law. Since retiring from the partnership, Clive's focus is mentoring staff and quality assurance.
Experience
Clive has represented clients in Federal Court class actions and has acted for directors’ and officers’ liability insurers involved in major commercial litigation as well as for insurers involved in major personal injury litigation.
He has presented seminar papers to the Insurance Institute Annual Claims Conference and shopping centre managers' conferences dealing with shopping centre liability cases.
Professional activities
Clive has been appointed to the Legal Aid Review Committee; is a member of The Australian Insurance Law Association; has acted as an arbitrator; and has served on various litigation practice and insurance committees of the Law Society of NSW.
