Belinda has over 15 years' experience in personal injury litigation, primarily workers compensation and now compulsory third party injury claims. Belinda ran a busy workers compensation practise for almost 10 years obtaining outstanding results in that jurisdiction running lengthy complicated matters especially industrial deafness claims.
Belinda has focussed exclusively on CTP litigation for the past 4 years especially in the role of an advocate at CARS.

Belinda obtained excellent experience as an advocate in CARS during her employment with NRMA in an in-house advocate role and has been complimented on her advocacy from a number of CARS Assessors. In addition to the CARS jurisdiction, Belinda enjoys detailed complicated litigation matters requiring well thought out strategies and high level file management. Belinda is committed to early resolution of disputes through negotiated settlements.
