Natalie has been accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales as a specialist in Property Law.  She has over 15 years experience advising both private and institutional clients in commercial and property matters.

Natalie's principal areas of practice are property and commercial law.  Her clients include major developers in the commercial and tourism sectors and has advised on transactions with a value of over $130 million.

Natalie prides herself on giving pragmatic and commercial advice.

Natalie's experience includes:

• The acquisition, development and sale of high density commercial (including high rise CBD properties), industrial, retail and residential developments.
• Hospitality and tourist developments.
• Acting for landlords and tenants of both retail and commercial leasing including licences, sub-leases, agreements for lease, assignments, surrenders and fit out agreements of commercial, industrial and retail premises and shopping centres.

• Acting for franchisors and franchisees in the establishment or acquisition of franchises.
