Experience
Kate is an experienced insurance litigation solicitor with over ten years' experience. For the last seven years she has worked almost exclusively with Peter Ford advising on catastrophic claims litigation and resolution.
Kate has an extensive practice in public and products liability litigation, and has considerable experience in coverage issues.
Professional activities
The research and writing of liability cases in the Curwoods Case Notes service is one of Kate’s key non-file responsibilities. She also regularly provides clients with seminars and training on developments in case law and legislation. Kate’s friendly style and ability to present often complex information in an easy to understand way is valued by the firm’s insurer clients. She is also a regular contributor of articles for various industry publications.
