Curwoods have handled motor claims for the last thirty years for various transportation companies and insurers with a transport portfolio.

Our transport team handles a variety of claims for our heavy motor insurers, including theft and fraud claims and issues arising out of policy wording.  We also assist our clients with drafting policy documents.  In many claims we also act for the insured direct and include in the claim the losses incurred by the insurer which may not be covered by the insured's policy.

We are conscious of running smaller claims commercially and we also have the expertise and resources to manage large claims.
