Motor Vehicle Insurance

Renae has specialised in insurance litigation since 1996.

Renae has considerable experience in public risk insurance litigation on behalf of both Plaintiff and Defendant insurers, professional indemnity including Law Cover claims, commercial debt recovery, wills and probate and conveyancing.

From 2007 Renae's practice has been focused on motor vehicle insurance catastrophic and major claims. She developed a speciality in matters involving complex liability issues.  She has extensive experience practising in the Supreme, District and Local Courts.  Renae joined the Major & Complex Claims team in motor vehicle insurance at Curwoods Lawyers in June 2011.

Renae also sits on the education committee of the Australian Insurance Law Association (AILA) and is actively involved in the preparation and presentation of many of AILA's seminars.
