Motor Vehicle Insurance

Belinda has extensive experience in all facets of motor vehicle insurance litigation.

Belinda has over 17 years' experience in public risk insurance litigation, primarily motor vehicle insurance claims. She ran a busy workers insurance practise for almost 10 years. During that time she obtained outstanding results in that jurisdiction running lengthy complicated matters.

Belinda obtained priceless experience as an advocate during her employment with NRMA in an in-house advocate role and has been complimented on her advocacy from a number of Assessors. Belinda enjoys detailed complicated litigation matters requiring well thought out strategies and high-level file management. Belinda is committed to early resolution of disputes through negotiated settlements.

 
Belinda is an experienced presenter and is often called upon to update clients on changes in legislation and the common law. She is a contributor to the firm's Case Note activities. Belinda was selected as the lawyer member of the University of Sydney Human Ethics Committee, a position she held for 8 years. She is also a Member of The Association for Women In Insurance.
