Ross specialises in all aspects of property law with particular emphasis on residential, commercial and industrial acquisitions and sales, strata subdivisions and developments, as well as commercial leasing including both retail and non-retail.

Ross brings a client-focused perspective to his practice so as to achieve the best practical outcomes for clients.

Ross advises corporate and private clients on all aspects of property transactions including sale and purchase, strata and land sub-divisions, joint ventures, and leasing and borrowing transactions.

In particular, Ross has extensive experience in the sale and acquisition of restaurant, retail, wholesale, liquor and manufacturing businesses (together with the intellectual property associated with such transactions).  He also has a longstanding involvement with the franchising sector and regulatory compliance under the Franchising Code of Conduct (acting for both franchisors and franchisees).

He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, the Property Council of Australia and the Canadian Australian Chamber of Commerce.
