Public Risk Insurance | Damage from Defective Products

Nick specialises in general insurance, public risk insurance and property/commercial/debt recovery.

Nick has acted for insurers and their clients in matters including a variety of public risk insurance claims. Nick also has experience in commercial debt recovery, WorkCover prosecutions, and property damage matters in many jurisdictions.

Whilst undertaking this work, Nick has developed significant advocacy experience, having appeared in multiple courts in a wide range of matters. During this period, Nick has also had conduct of a large number of files ranging from small claims matters in the Local Court to large scale District Court matters.
