Public Risk Insurance | Damage from Defective Products

Emma specialises in insurance dispute resolution with particular emphasis on public risk insurance, damage from defective products claims, property damage claims and recovery actions.

Since her admission in 2002, Emma has predominantly worked in defendant insurance litigation. She has experience in public risk insurance, property damage and motor vehicle insurance claims.  Throughout the course of Emma's career she has been involved in various forms of dispute resolution to obtain optimal results for her clients.

Emma has worked in many jurisdictions including the District Court of New South Wales, Supreme Court of New South Wales, Supreme Court of Victoria, Supreme Court of Queensland, Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory, Coroners Court of New South Wales and the Coroners Court of the Australian Capital Territory. 

Emma is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, NSW Women Lawyers Association and The Association for Women In Insurance.
