Brian specialises in major property damage claims, construction claims, general insurance.

Brian joined Curwoods as a solicitor in 2008 and was promoted to the position of Senior Associate in 2009. Since Brian's admission in 1999, he has practised as a litigation lawyer.

He has a broad range of experience in defendant litigation on behalf of insurers, Government entities and large self-insured corporate entities.

Brian provides in-house seminars and training on current legal matters and publishes Case Notes on recent developments in his areas of practice.
