Scott specialises in a range of complementary dispute related areas including professional indemnity, ISR, construction, public risk insurance and products liability. 

Scott was appointed Managing Partner of Curwoods Lawyers in January 2007 and has built a strong culture that embraces change and diversity. He believes in using a different perspective to manage Curwoods.  His objective is to run an efficient client focused practice while sustaining the firm's culture.   

As a managing partner who is still involved in the legal work of the practice, Scott stays on top of what is happening in the industry. Under his leadership Curwoods was awarded as a 2011 ALB Gold Employer of Choice, ranked No. 1 fastest growing law firm in The Australian Legal Partnership survey (July 2009 and July 2010) and secured positions in the 2009 and 2010 ALB Fast 10. 

As head of the property damage liability and construction team, his primary focus in recent years has been on the construction sector with an emphasis on contracting, dispute resolution and risk management.
