Motor Vehicle Insurance

Peter is highly regarded in the industry in the area of motor vehicle insurance.

Peter joined Curwoods in March 2004 having worked with Blake Dawson Waldron for a number of years. He has played an instrumental role in strengthening the firm’s motor vehicle insurance practice and was appointed a partner in July 2005.

Peter is a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law who acts for insurers. 

Peter has had numerous articles published in publications such as the Law Society Journal, Direct Link and the Australian Insurance Law Bulletin.  He has been a frequent presenter at the NSW State Legal Conference since 2001 and has also presented seminars at the request of the University of NSW and LAAMS. Peter has twice given presentations to the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association on a Defendant lawyer's perspective.
