Motor Vehicle Insurance

As a long-time partner of Curwoods, Andrew has built our motor vehicle insurance practice into a market leader.

Andrew runs a busy practice representing a number of underwriters in motor vehicle public risk insurance claims. He provides advice on evidence management and assists underwriters with the implementation and restructuring of claims management procedures.  He has devised and managed specialised processes aimed at recovery of compensation and rapid resolution of claims. 

He is an experienced negotiator and litigator and is regarded by his peers and clients as being an expert in his field.  

Andrew also devotes his time to mentoring the junior lawyers in the group and sharing his long experience in insurance law. His passion is maintaining the exceptional level of service from the group that motor vehicle insurers have come to expect.

He is a member of the Council of Australasian Tribunals and the Australian Insurance Law Association.
