Kiley's main practice areas are litigation and dispute resolution with an emphasis on professional indemnity, property damage, construction, ISR, strata disputes, public risk insurance, damage from defective products claims and insurance coverage disputes.

As a specialist insurance and construction lawyer, Kiley's experience lies in resolving disputes on behalf of local and London based insurers as well as private companies in the construction industry.

Kiley has acted in claims against a wide variety of professionals, construction and mining companies, owners corporations, strata managers, government entities, occupiers, manufacturers and suppliers. She also regularly represents insurers in coverage disputes.

Kiley has acted in most Australian jurisdictions including the High Court and has international experience in various jurisdictions including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, France, French Polynesia and New Zealand.

Kiley is the President of the NSW Claims Discussion Group Inc.
