Clive specialises in policy drafting and advising, public risk insurance, damage from defective products, directors and officers liability, professional indemnity, and ISR claims.

As the founding partner of our firm, Clive is highly respected throughout the industry for his legal acumen in the area of insurance law. His many years of experience have seen him represent clients in Federal Court class actions, as well as act for D&O liability insurers involved in major commercial litigation. He has also acted for insurers involved in major litigation. 

Clive is sought after for his knowledge and subsequently has presented seminar papers to the Insurance Institute Annual Claims Conference and shopping centre managers' conferences dealing with shopping centre liability cases. Since retiring from the partnership, Clive's focus is mentoring staff and quality assurance.

Clive has been appointed to the Legal Aid Review Committee. He has acted as an arbitrator and has served on various litigation practice and insurance committees of the Law Society of NSW.
